Absolutely, all calls and txt messages are included. Each of our virtual assistant have a US phone number assigned.


We recruit the talent and our clients provide the training (if the tasks and duties requires a training). Depending on the tasks and service that our clients need, our recruitment process may lead to candidates who have already got experience on what you are looking for, reducing the amount of training necessary. 


Most of our Virtual Assistants have college studies 


Ofcourse, we can schedule a video call so you can meet your virtual assistant and make sure he would be a good fit in you company
